Every Milestone is Worth a Memory
It has been a milestone week here in Colorado
- I took my first listing with a composting toilet
- I was able to vote early for the first time in my life
- My agency is offering health insurance
- I have experienced an amazing Indian Summer in Colorado
- With this post I will be over the 20,000 mark for AR points
- I was able to trick or treat without a coat or gloves this year
Teller and Park County Real Estate is still on track. Colorado Real Estate is as full of opportunity as my blog list is full of unique and positive events. I know of many AR blogs which herald the news that real estate is local. Some may speak of doom and gloom but I know that buyers are out there and that sellers are coming to terms with true values of their properties. Even though in some areas foreclosures may have not hit their low that is not the case in all areas.
It is a unique time for this country. It is a unique time for this industry.
Adjustments may be necessary for some but the benefits may outweigh any initial difficulties.
Embrace the day all the way down to a new age in plumbing. (Or is it the old days returning?)
