This weekend I am holding two “open bidding” open houses on two homes that are very desirable. One of these homes is in North Canyon Ranch and the other in Desert Ridge. These homes are not bank owned or short sales and somebody will have the opportunity to get a nice home at a good price. On top of that, they will not have the hassle of dealing with a bank or waiting for a short sale approval.
