Lancaster PA Singles Christmas Party

December is the time for Christmas parties, and Red Rose Singles of Lancaster PA started the season out with a memorable holiday celebration on December 2! Caring Singles of Lancaster PA

Everyone contributed to the beautifully decorated refreshment table, which was loaded with fancy iced holiday cookies, fresh fruits, veggies with dips, cheeses, casseroles, hors d'oevres, candies, nuts, and cakes.

We started out with some Christmas trivia games, then had a spirited Christmas carol sing-along. Although it was generally agreed that we could not have gotten through American Idol auditions, we did indeed make a joyful noise!

The mistletoe was hung by the doorway with care -

Red Rose Singles meets at the Farm & Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Rd, Lancaster, PA the first Tuesday of every month. Registration starts at 7:00 pm, and the meetings start at 7:30 pm. All adult singles are invited to participate.

Hi Joan,

Unfortunately the Christmas party coincided with hunting season - and many of our guys were gone this week. (Note to all local Lancaster County singles: we do have lots of male members!)

On the other hand, the guys who did show up for the party weren't complaining... LOL

Yes, we had a really nice time. The singles group is a low-pressure support group, and we can have a good time regardless of the "ratios" of any given night.

I attended a Christmas party that my new company, Sutton Group - Quantum Realty Inc., held yesterday. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet many of the folks that I'll be working with.

Hi Jo,

I do like that red leather jacket - but I only wear it around the holidays! It also has a green lining, which makes it look very Christmas-y.

I'm glad you had the opportunity to meet many of your new co-workers at your Christmas party. That's how I felt at my first picnic last summer at my new company.
