Holiday Slowdown?

Its that time of year.  Everybody is busy with the holidays and buyers are not out there looking.  Each year I light a fire under the buyers that I am working with because from now until January 1st..they tend to get their best deals.  Sellers that need to sell tend to panic when there is little to no activity on their homes.  Their mindset is to work with the buyer today because they are feeling that the buyer pool has dried up.  After the first of the year, buyers come out again and seller mindset is different.  Buyers...theres no time like today to get serious about buying.  With great interest rates and MOTIVATED sellers---get out there.
