As I review the year gone by I am reflecting on all the good things that have happened...our office is open, we have a great team of people and I am excited about the New Year. We as real estate agents and brokers need to DO MORE now than ever to succeed in this market. So many people are in stressful financial situations due to the economy and housing market right now. We need to be even MORE active in our community to show the strength of good-caring brokers. As a real estate professional for over 19 years here in Rochester, I have seen companies and agents come and go. The ones who "make it" and stay in the business are the one who CARE. They guide their clients and watch over them making sure they make the best choices along the way.
Keeping a long term outlook and watching out for our clients is the BEST move we can alway make.
