I went to the Greensboro Builders Association luncheon yesterday at the airport Marriott to attend my first meeting (I am a new member). The keynote speaker is a well-reknown analyst of housing markets and covers about 15% of the country. He had his annual projection for the Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem & High Point) and unfortunately what he had to say felt like a punch in the gut to every builder there. Things do not look good, though he does predict a "bottom" in Greensboro around May - September this year.
