Now FACEBOOK has a new app that allows people to TEXT you from FACEBOOK! The cool thing is that you can get paid for linking it to you page...

Chuck - I will check this out tonight. Sounds interesting. Facebook has a lot of functionality for promoting events, etc. that people don't seem to realize.

How is the ChatToText feature working for you? Are you getting others to sign up for the service? Are you making any commissions with it yet? Please share your experience with it so far.
Also, what kinds of questions are you getting from prospects? Are you prompting them with questions, etc on FB first? What strategies are you using?

Dan-for example yesterday I had someone email me to see if a house was available... a couple days before I messaged someone and they messaged back that they would be waiting a year to buy. I am linked with many of my buyers so I will drop a note on their wall sometimes.
That ClicktoChat app seems to work well. Its new the Friend that referred me had 19 sign ups yesterday. I set it up late night and woke up this morning with a sign up.
chuck I actually saw this blog and tried to sign up but it keeps kicking me back to the video. Any ideas why this would be happening.
For six bucks guys its almost stupid not to atleast give it a month and email it out to everyone you know.
Another question. You get a monthly residual from existing members correct? Thats what I gathered from the video. 72 bucks a year, no big deal. I spend a few times that advertising each month.
