the unauthorized Trader Joe's Song

By
Real Estate Agent with Jameson Sotheby's International Realty

If Trader Joe wanted a theme song, this one seems like the obvious choice.

and I love the fact that he's using my aging Palm Treo to film the song. Do all of these stores carry exactly the same stuff all across the country. And the employee art looks precisely the same, store to store.

Dang, I hate that bell, those tiny little shopping carts, and the aisles that are still somehow too small.

this is another one, by the way, that Sarah-the-favourite-daughter, sent me, and suggested might make a good post.

Alan, I have never been to Trader Joe's and I have friends who are addicted to it! It hasn't hit our locale yet and I would have to go to Cleveland to shop there! Thank you for the little visit and what a cute video! Now I know what I am missing!!!

Caren - Trader Joe's just arrived in the Chicagoland area about 5-6 years ago, and has taken the area by storm.  Communities are fighting over "who gets the next Trader Joes"... and TJ's requirements are pretty strict.  They have to have just the right location... with enough visibility, square footage, room for enough parking... proper street access.

They are quite popular.

Alan I LOVE Trader Joes! There is one a few blocks from my office, I shop there often. I have never been kicked out though...

Alan, I so love Trader Joe's They just brought one into our state this past August. So I can now make a weekly trip, I had to go too far before so I seldom visited. I will need to see If I get thrown our next visit by me using my Flip. Enjoyed your video.

I'm afraid we don't have one around here that I know of, so I'm a little unfamiliar with the place.

Russel - I only recently learned that the ringing of the bell has specific meanings... (I don't remember what they are)

JL - consider yourself fortunate... but hang in there... I'm sure they're coming!
