Virtual Tours

Real Estate Agent with My Florida Homes For Sale

I've been experimenting with creating my own virtual tours. So far I've tried several programs. Thankfully I found several with free trial periods so I haven't wasted a bunch money on programs that just don't offer much. So far I like Duckware's PMVR virtual tour program and A3D Stitcher for pictures. Duckware's program is by far the coolest because it allows you to attach the tour to a floor plan. I've seen several big companies using it's technology. You can see an example of what I'm talking about here:

Th A3D photo stitching program seems to always get the panoramas looking really smooth and professional. Much better than some more expensive programs I tried out.

I bought a great camera, the Nikon D80. The pictures are superb and vibrant. I also bought a Promaster wide angle lens. Jeez, I can even take pictures of tiny bathrooms and make them look big. It really has been helping with my listings. And most of the other agents have been complementing my MLS photos.
