Hi Michael, thanks for your comment.  I actually create the flier using Real Estate Shows and then add my own personalization by adding backlinks to my client's website.  I get a lot of questions from my posts on AR about how I do it - it's very inexpensive too (they have a promo that this particular client of mine used and for unlimited fliers/slideshows, it cost less than $100 per year).  I love making them - also create smaller versions using Slide and put them in different blogs that I have done such as this one on my Blogger Real Estate Virtual Assistant Website.  Doing these has allowed me to be creative and more experienced with html coding!
