This group is for REALTORS and Brokers who specialize in land sales and representation. Land sales as it relates to market terminology includes farms/ undeveloped tracks of land, mountain property for future development, commercial or industrial improved or umimproved sites, etc. This is not for the agent that specilaizes in selling single home lots. I would love to share and collaborate with anyone in the industry with the experience, market knowledge and depth of expertise to understand the complex land market. I deal with all types of land including all of the above, but also sites for redevelopment, coporporate relocation sites, and sites underutilized. I go beyond placing a sign out front. I strategically formulate marketing packages tailored to a tract of land that a potential buyer can take and run his numbers, or take to the bank to obtain financing. In this tough economy going the extra mile is very important. I guarantee no future buyer(s) a site will work for thier intended use, but more, take out some of the extensive due diligence to peel back the sometimes not so obvious opportunities for the site. I can do this because I have a background in site assessment and five year degree in Landscape Architecture where I focused on site analyis/ assessment, and real estate. I look forward to the commentary and sharing ideas across the board. I also look for referral opportunities across the country.
