I have been a real estate agent for almost 3 years and have worked in property management for 11 years. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate. With our current econcomy, the real estate industry is much more challenging, but that keeps my career interesting and only makes me a better broker.
I list commercial and residential properties, have experience working with those who are relocating, am a member of the Pueblo Association of Exchangors, and consistently seek to learn the latest information about renewable resources and sustainability.
I am a Realtor and have a GREEN Designation and a Ultimate Technology Certification. I am close to obtaining my Accreditied Buyer's Representative Designation (ABR) and have begun work on my Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (GRI). Continuing education makes me a better Broker for all of my clients.
For sellers of residential properties, I like to get to know a house and try to view it through the buyer's eyes to find the best way to market the house. Staging a property, which doesn't mean decorating, can leave a fantastic first impression with buyers. Also, offering a home warranty is a great marketing tool. For buyers of residential properties, I offer a free one hour consultation where I go over my buyers binder that I give away free if a buyer chooses to hire my as their buyer's agent. My buyer's binder has 15 sections providing a lot of resourceful information.
For buyers of commercial properties, I worked hard to find the commercial property or business you are looking for. I look over the financials and provide a marketing package, which includes a financial spreadsheet to your lender for any property you are seriouly seeking to purchase.
I have worked with both buyers and sellers who have to relocate. I, myself, have had to relocate a couple of times. It can be a frustating time and I work hard to make it a smooth and easy process.
