I have been a REALTOR since June of 2007. I finally quit my full time job in Sept of 2008. Shortly after that I remember hearing about all the mortgage companies closing their doors. My timing couldn't have been better. I have worked hard, represented my clients and they have helped give me business. In fact, I have double my business year over year, as most agents are leaving. I truly believe I am the best person for the job and the hardest working agent. I'll prove it! 94% of my listings sell, I am SFR designation, BA in Accounting and working on my CRS designation.
I have had a great deal of success working with first time buyers. I have enjoyed helping them make the decision of helping them work out all the nuances of the purchase process. I also specialize in the South West end of the Salt Lake Valley as well as in the Holladay area. I specialize in resale homes and move up buyers as well.
