I have been in the residential lending business since 1985. I've handled thousands of loans in this time, and learned that attention to detail and responsiveness to customer needs are what set me apart from my competition and keep my customers coming back to me for their financing needs.
In addition to having extensive knowledge of the mortgage process and general mortgage guidelines I am well versed in the FHA 203K renovation loan. I believe that part of my job is to help my customers improve their financial situation, so I look for opportunities to refer financial professionals who can advise my clients on the best way to preserve and grow their financial assets.
