Together we search for properties that have walk in equity, excellent cash flow and ROI potential. Being closely involved in my client’s interests in both sales and rentals of properties has lead to the development of my interior design and staging skills. Working side-by-side with clients, I help them realize the potential of each property and how they can improve the value of their investments by making key renovations.
