My name is Don, I have been a resident of Washington State since 1978, I moved to Whatcom County in 1992. I am a proud father of my 32 yr old son, 23 yr old daughter, 1 yr old and 8 yr old grandson. Im am a Loan Officer of 24 years. I have worked for mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, and owned my own office, I was office manager, top producing loan officer, and had a team of loan officers. I have been in real estate since Dec 2003, and have my managing brokers license. I enjoy camping, traveling, model trains, sports (wrestling, football, track, basketball, and softball). I was a player in 2010 National Title Game in Minor League Football. I was a 3x Jr Olympic Wrestler in Free Style and Grecco Roman Wrestling. I am currently a board member / President for Non Profit Organization.

I have been doing BPO's for several dozens of companies and banks since 2008 including BOFA, CHASE, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo, SBA, IRS etc.
I am also a REO Listing Agent for Whatcom, Skagit and Island Counties. I have also been sucessfully negotiating Short Sales with major banks since 2008 and a prefered SS specialist with BOFA and listed on thier site.
I have expericne selling REO properties with HUD, Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae, Freddi Mac, SSP and other lenders.
