Over the last few years my qualifications have changed to include Short Sales. I am a certified HAFA specialist for the new Federal Government funded-Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program. This is an unfortunate situation that many are facing, but requires Realtors with the "know how". I am that person.
I specialize in Short Sale, First Time Buyer programs, Investment properties, Second homes. In addition, I List Residential and Commercial properties. I have a very aggressive and comprehensive program.
