I'm supposed to tell you a little about myself, and not be shy about it. Why should you, a buyer or seller, want to work with me? I have certifications in short sales and bank owned properties. I have worked in the luxury, coastal market for 10 years, but I also enjoy working with people who live more inland in more affordable areas! 

Markets change, working with short sales and other "distressed" properties is an ever evolving process. How I work to present offers or market a sellers home is also an ever evolving process, depending whether we are in a buyers' market, a sellers' market and whether we have lots of inventory (homes available), normal inventory or less than normal inventory. 

That means that marketing and searching for homes for buyers requires a Realtor who is creative and flexible! I am that. It requires a Realtor who likes working with other Realtors and has and maintains a relationship with them. That relation can make the difference whether your home your Offer is the one that results in the sale of the home.  We all like working with someone we know and trust.
