I grew up in the business. My dad is a Real Estate broker and I have been investing in real estate since I was twenty two. At twenty three I got my California sales license. After buying my first home, and renting it out, I was forced to sell as my monthly adjustable rate was rising. I looked into refinancing and found out that I had a pre payment penalty and the only way out was to sell. My loan officer did not explain this to me nor did he take the time to understand my goals and needs. I realized that if I was to ever make money in real estate investment I would need to completely understand real estate finance. I'm now twenty seven and have worked very hard to learn everything there is to know about today's mortgage market.

I have been working with Real estate agents since I started in this business four years ago.
