GRX is a Full Service Flat Fee brokerage and a spin-off of Dalton Realtors which was the first Full Service Flat Fee brokerage in Ventura and LA County. GRX is a family owned business and we pride ourselves on honesty, integrity and experience. I have a BS from Northeastern University and am a Boston native yet moved to California in 2002.
