I am a full time Real Estate Professional in the South Bay of Los Angeles County. After purchasing my first investment property in 2000 I became passionate about the opportunities available for people buying and selling real estate. I specialize first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and investors. I have had great success helping many of my clients achieve their real estate goals by purchasing distressed properties (short sales and foreclosures). Another area of focus for me has been helping distressed homeowners get out from underneath upside-down properties by utilizing the short sale process.
The areas that I specialize in are the South Bay Cities of Hawthorne, Lawndale, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Gardena, Carson, Lomita & San Pedro, and the unincorporated areas of LA County including Del Aire, Wiseburn, & El Camino Village. The broader geographic areas that I cover for distressed properties and short sales include Los Angeles, Long Beach, & northern Orange County.
