Our fees are affordable and accurate. The standard notarization fee for the state of California is $10.00 per signature. We charge for each signature witnessed, a printing fee and a travel fee. Simple as that. We do not and will not undercut in the quality of service and professionalism we provide and will go the extra mile to execute your closing to perfection. We expect the compensation to reflect the service we provide. We are available to you 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please do not insult us with low ball fees. You don't come to work for free and we won't either! :) Base fee for Loan Docs is $95.00 Email docs $25.00 Borrower hard copy will be charged a $10.00 print fee, otherwise will be provided electronically. Travel fee $20.00 (within a 30-mile radius, round trip. Over 30 mile-radius is negotiable) **We WILL NOT travel for free!** Simple notarization is $10.00 per signature (state fee) **we will accept no less, please do not ask** Holidays and weekends, and late nights are by special arrangement. No shows are charged half of the agreed fee. No exceptions. 1003 Document pick up fee is $60.00 All document prep fees are $100.00 We will wait no longer than 20 minutes for no shows. No exceptions. This allows us to keep to a schedule that reflects excellent customer service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Debit. We also accept PayPal and ACH Deposit.
