Selling and buying real estate can be an exciting and very stressful process. The exciting part of real estate is hunting for that "dream" property or putting your property on the market so you can move on to your next adventure. During this phase my goal is to listen to the wants/needs of my client's and meet/exceed those expectations. The closing process is where most folks start to feel the stress.
