Sue is a Broker, Owner, Realtor.  She has a BS degree in Business Management from the University of San Francisco.  She has worked as an accounting manager and controller for various corporations and as a Business Management Consultant.  She first worked in real estate on the Monterey Peninsula in the mid 1970's.  Charlie is a Broker. He is also a "Certified Foreclosure Prevention Consultant" that helps distressed homeowners with avoiding foreclosure.  He has a BA degree from Sacramento State and a MPA degree from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.  He has worked for various corporations, taught college and has been a Business management Consultant.   In his younger years he was a Police Detective Sergeant in a Central California city. They are both very friendly and high energy people who enjoy working with seniors as they move into their retirement lifestyles and homeowners who may be facing foreclosure.
