I have been a Realtor since 2002.  In July 2008 I received my Associates Brokers's License and joined forces with Beth Blythe to form Innovative Land Solutions, INC.  I offer full service real estate brokerage services, broker price opinions, market analysis and studies, title searches and land planning.  My business modle covers three property specializations.  Infill development of affordable homes in the city of Brunswick, land, land development consulting, planning, acquistions and vacation homes sales.  I strongly believe that the more knowledge a client has the better decision he or she can make; and I strive to provide my clients and customers with as much information as I can find to assist them in making their real estate decisions. In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors, I am a member of the Georgia and National Realtor's Land Institute Chapters.
