City of Mesa to host 2nd Annual Falcon Field Open House              The City of Mesa is hosting the 2nd Annual Falcon Field Open House Saturday, April 17 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Falcon Field Airport, 4636 E. Sound familiar? We were in escrow a few weeks ago and well past the inspection period. The home was listed and being sold in ‘AS IS' condition. We walked through the home with the Buyer for at least the 19th time, and stopped dead in our tracks: the faint smell of ‘natural gas' was distinctive and present. Although the Buyer could not smell it, we were certain of it.   A family was scheduled to move in within 10 days. We could only hope they would have smelled it too. We were friends with the family.
