Builder Martha Rose of Martha Rose Construction has added a  heat-recovery-ventilator (HRV) to all of the new homes that her company has built over the last 5 years. The HRV units provide  fresh filtered air into all of the homes living areas 24/7 while exhausting the stale air and moisture from the interior.
