Mud is a term builders use for concrete, which getting in late October and early November has been a challenge. Seattle has been experiencing somewhat of a commercial boom. As part of the City of Seattle’s suite of permitting incentives, City Cabins at Columbia Station will be using Seattle’s Priority Green residential permitting process. The Priority Green expedited process shortens review times for single family, multi-family and commercial projects that meet typical green standards.

Seattle’s award winning Green home builder Martha Rose has secured two more lots in Seattle’s Licton Spring Neighborhood just north of Green Lake. With the City of Seattle’s expedited green building permit process Rose should begin their latest project Indian Wall in early September 2012.
