I'm excited and I MUST go visit this historic home that is now on the market for the first time that I can remember in my 30+ years of real estate.  I wrote a blog about the little girl who grew up in the house.
Dorothy Yarnell Warden, our respected historical oracle for Searcy AR history was on this blog.
