In fact, in my experience it is critical to carefully weigh many defining questions prior to looking at someones private home.
I have seen many ( many ) times when buyer clients seem to think they should view several homes prior … (1 comments)

home buyer tips: The American Dream of Home Ownership: Formulate you plans NOW! - 01/01/10 08:26 AM

I truly think that the tax credits offered for both FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS and the addition of the 6500$ tax break for other qualified home sellers may be the best deal we have seen in a long time.
It might be one of the the best times in history to buy your first home, or in my case- a different home.
In fact- I am personally preparing to sell my home and buy a different one BEFORE April 30th 2010* because I think this deal is to good to pass up.

The real estate sky is NOT FALLING in Spokane WA.

When I was a child, I vividly remember playing " HOUSE" with my friends. (OK I bet you are wondering if I also played "doctor" and that is a subject for another  blog!)
Back to the subject at hand... Playing house was great fun. You could do it anywhere! In the yard, piling leaves into rooms, in the basement sectioning off peoples bedrooms with whatever your imagination desired. We also created houses in tents made from blankets and sheets. We even made snow houses!
At the park we would make imaginary houses with sticks and stones. " This is the … (11 comments)

With the continual influx of new listings, and the decline in qualified buyers, the market is inventory heavy, and consumer light.
How can we create a more even keel market? I mean excuse my analogy, but the market is constipated. Where is the laxative that will regulate this system and keep it moving along to being "regular" ?
Seller's in many instances are frustrated and weary  . It doesn't help that we came off two of the greatest years … (11 comments)

This business of purchasing a home involves so many whirling emotions, sometime folks need a little advice on the best order of what to do when.
