Defining Questions When Looking for Home are as important to the Buyer as they are their Realtor. If you take just a little time to prepare well and answer some important questions, your process will be much smoother and more satisfying when looking for a home. Seeing " more " homes is not necessarily as good as seeing less of the right homes. I truly think that the tax credits offered for both FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS and the addition of the 6500$ tax break for other qualified home sellers may be the best deal we have seen in a long time. It might be one of the the best times in history to buy your first home, or in my case- a different home. The real estate sky is NOT FALLING in Spokane WA. While things are taking longer to sell for seller weller, flyer buyer is still shopping! As real estate professionals, I must say, we are tired of the overall negative picture that the media has created by generalizing the " real estate crisis". Hogwash. Values are holding just fine in Spokane WA. Now I am ever so sorry, respectfully, for those of you who have seen severe decline in your market. When I was a child, I vividly remember playing " HOUSE" with my friends. (OK I bet you are wondering if I also played "doctor" and that is a subject for another blog!) Back to the subject at hand...
