I had a fellow agent go out to a property in Mathis this morning, and this is what she found. I have never seen a nest so large! I had to share - I'm not sure what the owner is going to do. She hasn't seen the property in a while, and her reaction to the picture was OMG!

Enjoying Island Life Hook Line and Sinker
This is my better half James Andrew. He has been working non stop for the past 7 years I would say.
He is finally taking some time and enjoying all the things our little island has to offer - and it is also for my benefit.
He loves to fish, and he is on a mission when he does go. Here is one trip he took recently down to the Padre Island National Seashore.

My buyers are so excited about their purchase and will be living in this unit full time. which is down 2.6% Compared to May 2016.
The Active Listings are up 23.2% with 1,790 in May 2017.
The Number of Closed Sales is up 2.2% with 380 Closings in May 2017.
Days on the Market Are 112
with 74 Days on the Market and 38 Days To Close.

Sometimes you just have to get away.
That is what we did last week on the Carnival Breeze.
It was a fun trip we got to take with 8 other people,
and we only knew two of them before the trip started.
There were new friendships made,
old ones rekindled, and a really great and relaxing time.
Our favorite Ports of Call are Jamaica, Grand Cayman, & Cozumel.
We love the beaches at the Grand Cayman and Jamaica, &
