Recently, I listed a home in League City that had flowering clover in the front yard. This is an ugly weed in a suburban lawn - a sign of an unkempt yard. Maybe it's beautiful in on in rolling Irish meadows. Additionally, there was a football, a basketball, a basketball goal, and a pile of dead palm branches and the patio needed to be swept. Naked Sellers Taking Showers – and other funny showings… This has got to be up there in my top 10 funniest/memorable showings. I called to set up the appointment. I was in the neighborhood. I called Centralized Showings. Confirmed the time. In 10 minutes, I was going to show a house in Clear Lake. No cause for alarm. No cars in the driveway. I had a confirmed appointment...
