Today The Preston Fonville Morisey Realty Office had a luncheon and vendor fair for us. There were a few select vendors there to share potential closing gifts. I found them to be very interesting and worthy of sharing.
First was Red Light Chocolates. They brought an assortment of chocolates to sample in beautiful red and black elegant gift boxes. I sampled the chocolate salted caramel and it was Divine! Straight from the Triangle in Fuquay-Varina, Red Light Chocolate is sure to please even the most finicky palate.

There seems to always be a lot of conversation about closing gifts. Just this week at our weekly sales meeting, our Broker In Charge suggested we have a clinic and even include vendors showcasing closing gifts.

Sunday was the most perfect day to take a Stroll in Cary, NC. The temperatures topped out at 77 degrees with a nice breeze blowing. Skies were clear, sunny, and blue. When we work with Buyers, we're often asked, "Why are they selling?" There are many reasons why Sellers are Selling Their Homes. First, we usually don't have insider information such as why a seller is selling. In our area, there could be anywhere from 15,000 to 20,000 homes available for sale at any given moment. A listing agent will protect their clients and not disclose why a seller is selling unless it is helpful to the seller to disclose that information and the seller gives their approval.
