Who says that the market is slow?
The last two contracts I have written both have multiple offer situations going. Yes, multiple offers - one on a $465,000 home in University Park! Also, in one of my recent board meetings, a member said that he saw an average of 4 competing offers on the bank-owned listings that were coming across his desk.
We are in for a great 2012! There is less than a 5 month supply of inventory for buyers - pricing is not appreciating in most areas yet, but we seeing progress, the $300's - $400's are picking … (8 comments)

After having a conversation with one of our Colorado Springs Realtors, in particular Benjamin Day, he pulled up some relevant information that peeked our curiosity about the Colorado Springs Real Estate market.
For a period of four days, from Friday of last week through Monday of Valentine’s Day, 108 new listings came on the market, and as well, 105 listings are now pending and under contract, in the same period of time.
