Two years ago, we had the answer to this question down pat. Our videos were shot with 1:30 to 2:00 minutes of length in mind. And for the most part, that’s the amount of time we still commit to our Colorado Springs Real Estate videos. Yet, part of what shapes our market, as is consistent with most other real estate markets, has to do with the fast-acting changes that are constantly in play.
