There are plenty of HGTV, BRAVO and A&E network TV shows that talk about “what you get for the money” in certain areas of the country. If you are a prospective buyer relocating to Northern Virginia or already living here and considering a home purchase the same question applies only on a much more micro level. In Northern Virginia prices can change dramatically "inside or outside the beltway."

Within a space of 30 minutes yesterday I witnessed 5 sets of potential buyers in and out of an REO in Woodbridge. Moving down the road to another HUD owned home there were 3 sets of folks coming and going.If you are thinking of buying a Norther Virginia home this spring it’s time to get everything lined up.
