new agents: We can always use great agents!

When the market was on fire, a lot of agents came into the business. A lot of agents could cut corners in order to keep business. As the market changes, I have noticed that the most committed and best agents are still around, and the others have gone on to other jobs. In California, there are still a lot of agents taking the licensing exam, so there are still many people who want to work in this field. I think we can always use excellent agents to join the ranks!
