This is the fourth transaction I've completed with this wonderful couple.  I sold their home in Canyon Creek in spring of 2021 (I sold it to them in 2010) and it was the best decision as I don’t think we’d get the same price today. I wrote a post last week on Trusting the Process and that is what we had to do to stay sane during construction. Congratulations David and Cathy..it was truly a pleasure to work with and for you!

It was so rewarding to once again assist my previous client in helping a family member, secure an amazing new construction home.
We sat down with the builder and hammered out a contract August, 2020 and just closed May 12, 2022! Needless to say it was a process with COVID and supply chain issues. If there is one thing we learned during the pandemic; it’s important to practice patience and graciousness.
            Congratulations to my awesome clients! The wait was worth it!

closed: Custom Home on Acreage SOLD in Heart of Leander! - 06/26/19 12:29 PM
My repeat clients closed Monday on their home in Canyon Creek I sold to them 5 years ago and we just closed on their one-of-a-kind custom home on 2.39 acres in the heart of Leander. Couldn't ask for a better location..close to everything! 
Their two children already are picking a spot for a garden and are begging to buy some chickens! I'm so happy for this retired veteran and his family for finding the perfect place to call home.
