The vacant Wal-Mart supercenter closed on Hwy 620/Harbour Drive in August 2016 and sold to a California based commercial real estate company called Pac Ventures. According to Community Impact, a full service real estate firm in Austin, Aquila Commercial is working with Pac Ventures to develop the property. It’s to be called “The Preserve at 620.”
They are constructing approximately 215,000 square feet of office space that is offering a cutting edge modern office space overlooking the Balcones Canyonland Preserve.
