This is an interesting article by KCM on whether the baby boomer generation will downsize and prop the real estate markets up. This boomer bought a home where we could live our lives and retire in place.

By chance, we ran into a local real estate pro and had coffee. The subject of … (12 comments)

sell: Easy Peasy or Is It? - 05/03/18 08:25 AM
Buying or Selling a home is supposed to be easy, right? Not necessarily. Sellers and Buyers can help themselves, greatly, by teaming up with a qualified professional Realtor®. An experienced Realtor® can remove much of the stress and emotion associated with the entire process.
My son just made a purchase in VA where the combination agent/attorney for the seller was incompetent. The lack of negotiating and paperwork skills made this a very stressful transaction on all sides. This left the job to his agent and attorney to ensure the process held together.
I found this article online that gives 3 basic tips to … (2 comments)

sell: THE #1 REASON TO SELL NOW, BEFORE SPRING - 02/13/18 05:30 AM

You all know I am a fan of KCM and the information they share in the Real Estate community. So, today I am sharing their #1 reason for selling your property before the … (6 comments)
