Remember that one time I flew to Berlin to personally deliver the keys to their new Maryland home to my buyers? If we've been virtually or otherwise connected for a few years, you know the story, if not, you can read it here. 
Back then I called it one of the highlights of my career which is still true, but its significance has shifted. What was then my Real Estate success of the year - selling a house unseen to buyers overseas and forming an incredible connection along the way - became a springboard.
