We're already into the 2nd quarter of 2014! Let's see how single-family home sales in Ozaukee County did the first part of the year. There was a huge spike in the number of homes sold in March (60) over February (32) -- an 88% increase!
The average sale price also did well. In February it was $259,593, and in March climbed to $295,289.
The only area we didn't see an improvement is in the length of time on market. In February the average days on market for sold single-family homes was 143; that crept up just a bit in … (0 comments)
