What a year we had in single-family home sales in Ozaukee county in 2013. While we saw varying levels of performance month-to-month, overall there were some nice improvements in the number of units sold, the average sale price, and the days on market over 2012. Overall, the total number of single family homes sold in Ozaukee county increased 9%.
The average sale price increased 11%.
The average days on market decreased 25%.

The average sale price in October was down just about 1% over September, and about 8% over October of last year.
While the average days on market (the time from when the home is listed until it goes into a "pending" status, meaning all contingencies have been removed) is up slightly over last month, they are down 22% compared to October of (0 comments)
