I really like the motivational count for today. I see way too many agents in the business that just count the days at their profession. I would much rather make each day count. How does this happen? Well, I believe we need a personal and business plan in ones life. What does a personal plan entail? I would include the following items
Financial goals Fitness goals Marriage goals Educational goals Spiritual goals Planning vacations Planning children's education and extracurricular activies This way we all make each day count.
I have been blogging on ActiveRain since 2009. Many of us know each other vicariously through blogging. We have shared our happiest and darkest moments here in the ActiveRain community. I would highly recommend a visit to our local Arizona Science Center located in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. I have had the honor to accompany my children on school trips to this top Phoenix attraction. Furthermore, our family have paid a visit on our own time. I would highly recommend to dedicate the whole entire day for this attraction. Please feel free to bring a lunch for the day or one can pay for a lunch.

I have to admit that the ActiveRain culture is very contagious when one first starts blogging. There is so much to learn and so many people to connect with when it comes to ActiveRain. The first thing that I loved about ActiveRain was the Community aspect. Everyone was so helpful at the beginning of my blogging career. I would received emails informing on how to do it better. Then, I would follow the main bloggers to develop my own blogging style. I wanted to be part of something bigger than myself. ActiveRain was the answer to my question.

I promise this will be my last blog post for 2016. It has been an amazing year to be in real estate. The best decision I made in 2016 was to return to ActiveRain blogging. I had to personally take a break in order to take care of my family members. I could not believe that I was absent for almost three years from blogging. A lot of changes were made to the site and fresh faces appeared. Overall, I am glad to be back in the RAIN.
It is just another day for many of us. What are we doing to maximize our time each day. The kids are in school. This is a great time to schedule viewings for properties with clients. There is an old saying in grade school that states "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT." This really struck home for me as a young boy in elementary school. If I eat junk food only, then I am going to grow up overweight and unhealthy. This did not make logical sense to me as a child. HARRY'S TOP 10 WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE COMPETITION There are well over one million plus agents in America. How does a buyer pick an agent? Do they take an online course on how to pick an agent? Agents have over 60% chance of being their agent on the first point of contact. I have found that buyers do not wish to tell their stories more than once to a Realtor? Has this been your experience? I assume the sale when I am on the phone. I give them several reasons to pick me as their Realtor.
It is critical for all of us to create a business plan for each one of us so that we have a road map to arrive at our destination. I see so many Realtors not focused and frustrated. This can be remedied by establishing a solid business plan. Furthermore, I would highly recommend to them on having a mentor to keep one accountable during this time.

I am ready to begin another week in real estate. I am always excited to start Monday morning because it dictates my whole entire week. How? I spend about an hour on Monday setting up my week to ensure it is a productive. Yes, I leave open block times during the week to accommodate the unexpected to ensure I do not miss any opportunities during the week.
However, the first thing I do every morning is block out 90 minutes each day for social media which includes the following:
