I am a member of Active Rain and have been so for quite a while. Sometimes I don't blog or comment as much as I should, but I do feel I have a responsibility to the members and my friends here in the Rain...

Keep Your Wine, Just Close on Time...That's All I am Asking
I think that lenders these days are doing a fantastic job of marketing to their sphere. Many of them have way better programs to keep on top of keepin in touch with their clients (us Realtors®) then I do.
Even some lenders are giving classes on fantastical programs that guarantee top of mind marketing. Good stuff, truly!
Lately, I have had lenders wine and dine me thoroughly and come up with great gift ideas, I get postcards...wine...invited to parties and all kinds of other neato stuff. You would think … (47 comments)

So, I get to head off to Vegas for a couple of days!! It feels like it's been years...actually, I think it has lol! I will have to check.
So, while finishing my packing and preparing for my trip, I see Ms. Chloe in one of my bags. I think she wants to go with me! Poor Baby, I'm not taking that suitcase!

Websites are so very important to our Real Estate Careers. In today's market, if you cannot be found on the web, well, my guess is business probably ain't boomin for you. Either way, even when most of us know inherently that we need a website to function, just having any ole website won't do the trick. Dear Listing Agent, About your seller's appraisal...I know that your client went above and beyond and purchased their own appraisal to justify their listing price, but I fear that the money may have been wasted. You see, if my buyer decides that they love the home and want to buy it, we will be placing an offer depending on recent sold comparables in the market place and my clients needs.
