Babylon Village home prices are stable. The median sold price for September went down slightly compared to 2013. 2014 is not over and check back in January 2015 when I will have final numbers.
As you can see in the market report chart below for Babylon Village, we are above the numbers in 2003 but below the market boom that was in 2007. Since the banks gave out mortgages like candy, it will be many more years until we see a median sold price for Babylon Village be at $500,000.
