Have you ever worked with a “flibbertigibbet” person?
It took some looking for this one. Just stumbled on it and thought to myself why not write something to represent this type of personality. I’ve had dealing with these types and I frankly don’t care to have one of them as a client. In about 3-5 years I will “evanescence”.
Yep it’s about that time. My age is catching up with me. While the old body starts to fade the mind still thinks like a 30 year old. This will not be my usual 200 word post but a shorter version. So without any or hesitation the meaning of (-nes’ens) is a fading from sight; vanishing. So in about 3-5 years I plan to retire the second time and fade from sight and memory. But until then you’ll just have to put up with the old man.

Sure you have. In fact I would care to wager it happens more than you think. Young old or somewhere in between you look forward to this I know I do. Having been there done that I will be the first to admit it has happened to me. Now the question has it happened to you? Isn’t Webster’s© just wonderful? Another question I have for you did it happen in front of a client? Hope that did not happen and so far (knock on wood) it hasn’t happened to me yet. I bet ya you do on this word anyway. I’ve known a few over my years on this earth and really don’t want to know anyone else with this affliction. I call it an affliction because right now as I write this I cannot think of another word to use in its place. Do you “keck” about news related to the housing industry?
Why is it if some official decides to make an off comment about something the next day its headlines? Could the news industry be so consumed by events they grasp at anything they think will be a jump on the competition? Anyway there would be volumes about the housing industry with the good news. Well Pilgrim I’m here to tell you they have tried. Did you catch that “tried” statement? Back when I was cop I was tried by the best and I must admit on a few occasions it did happen. I know mine sure is. I bet ya yours is to. I started in 2008 and it was a tough first year. The second one wasn’t much better but I hung in there and it started to turn. If you haven’t figured out the meaning of (kres’iv) by now why don’t I just tell you? Ok here you go it means growing; increasing. I heard this from a pastor so I’ll take it to be true. As the story goes an officer was working the late shift when he observed a vehicle approaching a stop light. With his experience he knew the vehicle was not going to be able to stop. Yep there it went right through the light. When he stopped the vehicle a petite young lady was driving. As the story goes a substitute teacher was standing in the hallways near some lockers and had that bewilderment look on her face. Yep I believe I have this problem. I think it’s a nice one to have but my wife thinks I really don’t possess this talent. Yes I think I’ll call it a talent. Man I sure have and I don’t like it. Why you may ask and I’m so glad you did, thank you. I did this when I first started not knowing the game plays of the real estate market I did what I could by asking other agents what they did to make them successful. Did it work no not really? I received a comment on one of my posts yesterday. The comment was left by a young lady that I do not recall of ever getting a comment from her. So she stated I may have too many subscriptions to keep track of! LOL I wonder if there is a word for that?
