I was so excited to get a chance to work with an agent I met some months back. She has a client that is selling her home and really needed some home staging direction on preparing the home for sale. I take great joy in helping people in need and in this case I got to help this agent show home in a more appealing manner, help the seller prepare the house for a quick and easy sale and I even got to throw some painting work over to my unemployed contractor friend.
