communication: THE COSTS OF POOR COMMUNICATION - 07/02/18 04:59 AM
 
We see this communication issue at times in our transaction, and makes for transactions that become contentious and could be avoided with a little communication.  Grant Schneider always has great advice we can use in our daily real estate lives.

Listening is the key when working with the public in any position.   Are you really listening, or waiting for your turn to speak?   Your clients will know if you are listening by your responses.   Here are a few things to think about -
 
Hearing with your ears
Listening is done with your mind
--------------------------
5% of conversations are done with words
95% is done by body language
(This is especially true when buyers are viewing homes)
