The 46th Annual Prince Lot Hula Festival, presented by Moanalua Gardens Foundation, will return to a public venue on Saturday, July 15 from 9 am to 4 pm at the Frank F. Fasi Civic Grounds in downtown Honolulu. A free event, the entire community is invited to enjoy a day of spectacular hula and activities.

Buying Real Estate in Hawai'i has many challenges and the cost and affordability of such is probably the biggest obstacle facing many would-be Honolulu homebuyers.
With the median sales price's in December for single family residences at $1,049,500 and condos at $502,500, not having the typical 20% in cash for a downpayment on a home loan will push many out of the market. The analysis conducted by the Board, using data collected from its computerized Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system, offer the following statistics:
