June 2016 recorded record breaking median sales prices for both Condominiums and Single Family residences on O‘ahu.
Single-family homes sales on O‘ahu during June 2016 plateaued compared to the same month in 2015. Sales volume increased by 9.8% for condominiums during the same period.
The median price for condos increased by 19.6% from June 2015 to $405,500 and median prices for single-family homes increased by 8.6 percent to $760,000. The median days on market for single-family homes was 14 days, and 20 days for condos.
